Our Cultivators

Groenvoederdrogerij Timmerman contracts for the production of its Alfalfa products (mainly) arable farms throughout the Province Zeeland and the South Holland islands. Alfalfa is a popular crop amongst the cultivators, because it is a natural soil improver and the soil rests for 2 to 3 years. This has a very positive influence on the subsequent crops.

Alfalfa is sowed in spring or at the end of summer. The land supplies about three cuts per year. They take care of the harvest and the entire production process with their own people and machines.
